Project End-to-End is an attempt to cover roughly 852 miles from the south-west tip of England to the north-east tip of mainland Scotland in under 12 days.
I carry my own running, sleeping and safety equipment. Food and water are bought along the route, with pre-positioned consumable caches at key points.
The route is designed around long runnable days, straightforward navigation and reliable resupply rather than technical trail.
Most nights are planned around a lightweight bivvy system, with tactical accommodation available when recovery, charging or drying kit makes it worthwhile.
The baseline requires about 71 miles per 24 hours. The site will eventually show progress against 9, 10, 11 and 12-day pace lines.
